September 21 represents 264 days…that it takes Black Women to get to their Pay Equity Day from what their white male counterparts made 12/31/2021.  That’s an extra 264 Days of Work.  This is nearly two months longer than last year of which it was August 3.  With Black Women making up the majority of their Head of households and many front-line workers… the impact of the pandemic is running deeper than most realized.

WeExist, the Milwaukee County Office of Equity, and the Professional Dimensions Charitable Fund present 264 minutes of programming on Sept 21 to increase awareness around Equal Pay for Black Women and share insights and wisdom while being surrounded by other like-minded and like-motivated women, allies, and accomplices.
